Cookie Policy
This Cookie Policy explains what cookies, pixels, SDKs, and similar technologies DecodeMyDestiny (operated by Claudio Romanazzi OÜ) uses, why we use them, and how you can control them. It is part of our Privacy Policy.
1. What are cookies and similar technologies?
A cookie is a small text file placed on your device by a website you visit. Other similar technologies we use include tracking pixels (1×1 images), SDKs (small JavaScript libraries), local storage entries, and server-side identifiers embedded in URLs.
2. Categories we use
2.1 Essential (always on)
Necessary for the Service to function. You cannot opt out of these.
- Session storage — funnel state, exit-intent flags, modal-shown flags.
- Local storage — minimal preferences (e.g., admin dashboards if you are us).
- Authentication cookies — none currently; we do not require accounts.
2.2 Analytics & attribution
Used to measure how the Service is used and to attribute conversions for our marketing campaigns.
- Bemob tracker — assigns a click ID via URL parameter and records funnel-step pixels. Vendor: bemobtrcks.com.
- Server-side aggregated logs — IP, user-agent, page paths.
2.3 Advertising
Used to deliver, measure, and optimise advertising on our site and partner platforms.
- MGID, Revcontent, Outbrain, Taboola — native ad widgets (when active).
- PropellerAds, Adsterra, RichAds, EVADAV — push and popunder networks.
- AdMaven, HilltopAds, PopAds, DropAds — exit-intent and back-button networks.
- LiveIntent — programmatic in-email ad fill.
- Meta Pixel, Google Ads conversion — when active for paid acquisition.
2.4 Identity & audience-graph
Used to recognise visitors across sites (with privacy controls) and to monetise the visitor cookie.
- AddShoppers / Shop.pe — cross-site cookie graph.
- Lasso AI — visitor identity resolution.
- Aragon AI — B2B identity resolution.
- LiveRamp, Lotame — hashed-email and cookie sync (only when you opt-in to partner sharing).
2.5 Push notifications
- OneSignal — service-worker push delivery for our proprietary sends.
- PropellerAds Push Aggregator, Pushnami, SubscriberZ, Push.House — passive monetisation aggregators that may run alongside our sends.
3. Your controls
3.1 Browser settings
You can block or delete cookies via your browser settings. Most browsers also offer a “Do Not Track” signal — note that there is no industry standard for honouring it; we treat the Global Privacy Control (GPC) signal as an opt-out signal for our advertising-and-identity categories.
3.2 Push notifications
Use your browser's site-settings dialog to revoke web push permission for decodemydestiny.com.
3.3 Marketing email & partner sharing
See sections 9-11 of our Privacy Policy and the CCPA opt-out portal.
3.4 Network-specific opt-outs
- NAI: thenai.org/opt-out
- DAA: optout.aboutads.info
- YourAdChoices: youradchoices.com/control
- EU EDAA: youronlinechoices.eu
4. Updates
We may add or remove vendors from this list as our stack evolves. The “Last updated” date at the top reflects the most recent revision.
