We believe in being open about how DecodeMyDestiny (operated by Claudio Romanazzi OÜ) is funded. This page explains the commercial relationships behind the content you see on our site and in our emails. Reading our content remains free — no payment is ever required to receive your reading.
1. How we earn revenue
- Affiliate commissions. When you click a link tagged “Affiliate”, “Sponsored”, or carrying
rel=“sponsored”in the HTML, and you sign up or buy from that partner, we may receive a referral fee. - Cost-per-action (CPA) referrals. Some partners pay us for qualified leads (e.g., when you opt in to a free quote or consultation).
- Pay-per-call. Some phone numbers on our site route through a tracking platform; we receive a per-call referral fee for qualifying calls.
- Sponsored newsletter slots. Some email content includes clearly-labelled sponsored sections from partners.
- Native and display advertising. Ads served by partner ad networks (MGID, Revcontent, Outbrain, Taboola, PropellerAds and others) on our site generate revenue per impression or click.
- Push notification monetisation. If you opt-in to push notifications, we may share a portion of subscriber slots with aggregator partners (PropellerAds, Pushnami, SubscriberZ, Push.House). Promotional notifications are clearly identified.
- Data partnerships. With your specific consent, hashed (not raw) email matching with identity-graph providers (LiveRamp, Lotame, V12 Data, Aragon, Lasso) may generate revenue.
2. Our editorial independence
Compensation does not influence the editorial substance of our content. Specifically:
- We do not promise positive coverage in exchange for compensation.
- We choose which partners to feature based on demographic match with our audience (adults 25-65, US tier-1, mainstream mainstream-spiritual interests), service-quality reputation, and compliance fit — not solely on who pays the most.
- Editorial content (Joan's daily horoscope, reading interpretations, monthly forecasts) is written without reference to partner offers.
- Sponsored content is clearly labelled and uses a different sender name (“DecodeMyDestiny Partners” rather than “Joan at DecodeMyDestiny”).
3. Examples of disclosure labels you may see
- “Sponsored” — paid placement, may be programmatic or direct.
- “Partner offer” — a vetted partner whose offering we link to.
- “Promoted” — native ad served via a third-party network.
- “Affiliate link” — we may receive a commission if you sign up.
- “This is a sponsored message from [Brand]” — newsletter-level sponsorship.

5. No medical, legal, or financial advice
None of the partners we promote are providing medical, legal, accounting, financial-investment, tax, or psychiatric advice via our referral. If you need professional guidance, consult an appropriately licensed professional.
6. Compliance
This disclosure is intended to comply with the United States Federal Trade Commission Endorsement Guides (16 CFR Part 255), the Influencer Marketing Council guidance, and equivalent transparency standards in other jurisdictions (UK ASA, EU Digital Services Act and Unfair Commercial Practices Directive).
